We build it.
We teach you to run it.

Every other agency wants you dependent forever. We do the opposite: build your entire marketing system, get it producing real results, then train you and your team to run it yourselves. That's the whole plan, from day one.

Get started

Every agency is built to keep you paying forever.

You've probably lived this already. A retainer that never seems to end. Results that plateau. A contract that makes it expensive to leave, even when you're not sure it's working anymore.

Retainers with no exit

Most agencies price you to stay forever, not to succeed and move on. There's no incentive to make you self-sufficient.

Turnover happens anyway

Most client relationships end within 6-12 months no matter what. The difference is whether that ending is planned, or a surprise that costs you everything you built.

No path to ownership

When the contract ends, you're often left with nothing, no systems, no training, no way to keep what was built running.

Four steps. Full transparency on what happens and when.

This isn't a vague promise. It's a specific sequence, and we tell you up front what each stage looks like for your business.

01

We build the engine

Ad accounts, pixels, tracking, CRM, website, SEO foundations, all set up correctly, from scratch if we have to. Most agencies skip this unglamorous groundwork. It's exactly why their campaigns never really work.

02

We run it until the data's real

Full-service management: paid ads, SEO, organic content, email, all hands-on. Weekly optimization against real budget and real decisions. This is where we find what actually converts in your market and fix what's broken on your organic side. Typically 6 to 12 months.

03

We teach you to drive

Once your results hit a consistent, defined target, we start training you and your team directly, how to read your dashboards, adjust a budget, tweak a campaign, make the small day-to-day calls yourselves. Real hands-on training, not a document to read.

04

You take the wheel

You keep every system we built and you know how to run it. Keep working with us to scale further, or take it solo. If you'd rather we stay in the driver's seat, a lightweight maintenance option is available anytime, no pressure either way.

What marks you as ready to take over?

Not a calendar date. A measurable outcome, defined with you at the start, like consistent lead volume or booked revenue held steady for 60 days. When you hit it, we start training. This makes it feel earned, not like we're rushing you out the door.

Still here when you need something specific.

Taking over doesn't mean goodbye. Order exactly what you need, when you need it, no new retainer required.

We lived retainer fatigue ourselves.

SurgeLeads didn't start as a theory. We run performance marketing for our own local business, and we felt firsthand what an open-ended retainer does to a small business owner's stress and cash flow.

So we built the model we wished existed: full hands-on support when you need it most, and a real, earned path to running things yourself, without losing us entirely when you're ready to take the wheel.

Questions about how we hand things over

How is this different from a normal retainer?
A normal retainer keeps you dependent on the agency for as long as you're a client. Ours is designed to make you self-sufficient. Once you hit consistent results, we train you and your team to run the system yourselves, and you keep everything we built. Most agencies have no incentive to make that happen. We do.
What if we don't want to take it over ourselves?
That's fine. Plenty of clients prefer we stay in active management long-term, especially as they scale into new markets or offers. Training is available once you hit your target, it's not mandatory.
Can we go back to active management after taking over?
Yes, anytime. A lot of clients take over, run things themselves for a while, then bring us back in when they're ready to push into new growth. There's no penalty for moving between phases.
Is there support if something breaks after we take over?
Yes. If you'd rather not handle everything solo, a lightweight maintenance option is available with ongoing light support. We'll walk through what that looks like during your planning conversation, it's an option, not the point of the model.
